Before becoming Chairman, Rob led the company as CEO for 17 years and drove the creation of i-Ready, its flagship product. Under his leadership, the company grew from 100 to 2,600 staff, earned Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work" award, and was named "Top Place to Work" by The Boston Globe ten years in a row.

Lilli Cooper guides partnerships and client relationships to help cultural heritage institutions turn complex digital project ideas into attainable, real-world outcomes. She brings experience working with museum, library, and archival collections, collaborating closely with collections staff, institutional leadership, and funding partners to advance responsible digital transformation.

Mike is a creative technologist with a background in computer science, AI, and full-stack development, building user-informed, technically robust products across the edtech, creator, and defense sectors.
